We deliberately maintain a lower number of pediatric patients per doctor than is usual in standard practice, so that each physician has enough time and space for a thorough examination and clear explanations for every family.​
Within our membership model, every child has their own personal pediatrician who knows them over the long term and connects acute treatment, prevention and ongoing monitoring of development.

• a combination of classical medicine with elements of “lifestyle” care – nutrition, sleep, movement and the child’s mental well‑being (our clinic also includes a child psychiatrist)

Comprehensive services under one roof

Within a single clinic, families have access both to standard care provided by a general pediatrician and to a full network of pediatric specialists, so they do not need to book separate visits at multiple facilities.
In one place, children can be examined by, for example, a dermatologist, ENT specialist, cardiologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist, physiotherapist or ophthalmologist, according to their needs.

The usual scope of care includes:

• preventive and curative care from birth through the end of adolescence

• rapid diagnostics directly in the office (e.g. CRP, strep test and other point‑of‑care methods)

• ultrasound and other modern instrumental examinations available directly at the clinic

Tailored prevention and vaccination

For pediatrics, prevention is fundamental – regular check‑ups focused on growth, development, mental health, habits and the child’s environment, not just a quick formality.
These include annual preventive examinations with laboratory tests, which make it possible to detect diseases early, even before symptoms appear.

Vaccination is approached individually – families are supported in creating a vaccination plan tailored to the child’s medical condition, family circumstances and travel plans.
In addition to mandatory vaccines, the clinic offers a wide portfolio of optional vaccinations (for example against tick‑borne encephalitis, influenza, meningococcal infections and other diseases), including pre‑travel consultation.

Accessibility and comfort for parents

Care for children does not end when the clinic door closes – families can access medical consultations by phone or online, including outside standard office hours, so they do not have to visit emergency services with every uncertainty.
Appointments, prescriptions, consultations and the organisation of examinations can be arranged via client hotline, e‑mail, chat or app, meaning families do not waste time on administration.

An environment where children feel at ease

The waiting room and consulting rooms are designed to be welcoming not only for adults but also for children – colours, toys and play areas help to reduce the stress of visiting the doctor.
Parents have access to a comfortable lounge area with coffee and the option to work or relax in peace while their child is being examined.

A team of leading pediatric specialists

The pediatric team is made up of experienced physicians with extensive practice in child healthcare, often with international experience and subspecialisations.
Thanks to close collaboration across specialties and shared documentation, even complex and rare diagnoses can be managed without the family having to coordinate care themselves.

Doctors place great emphasis on a partnership with parents – they explain everything clearly, discuss different treatment options and respect parental competence and the family’s values.

What cooperation within membership looks like

At the initial consultation, the pediatrician takes detailed time to learn about the child’s medical history, family risk factors, lifestyle and the parents’ expectations, and then designs an individual care plan.
The family is then guided through the structure of preventive care, the available care programmes and the ways to get in touch in both acute and non‑acute situations, so they always know exactly whom to contact and when.
The goal is a long‑term partnership – the doctor follows the child over time, detects any developmental deviations early, supports healthy habits and stands by the family in every health‑related decision.
Non‑member pediatric patients also receive 100% of our professional care; only the continuity of long‑term developmental follow‑up is more limited in this context.
