What is a membership program?
Unicare programs are a premium alternative to standard healthcare for anyone who is interested. Membership runs in 12-month periods, paid either upfront for the whole period or in 12 monthly card payments. It renews automatically; notice can be given for the end of a period, at least 3 months in advance. The programs are designed so that everyone can find the type of healthcare they want—from the Comfort package, which provides access to a general practitioner or pediatrician, to the Exclusive package, intended for demanding clients who want not only perfect oversight of their health, but above all unlimited access to all specialties and benefits that Unicare offers.
What does the "Family Discount" look like?
At Unicare, we want to accommodate families as much as possible, which is why we have put together a range of family packages that will meet the needs of the whole family.
Pediatricians (for children) and specialists, including general practitioners (for adults), are all in one place.
If parents pay for the Premium or Exclusive package at Unicare, their first child gets the Comfort package (which is ideal for children) for half the price—CZK 8,950—and the second child is free.
Who is the membership program intended for:
The membership program is intended for anyone who pays sufficient attention to their health. A requirement for setting up the membership program is to BE REGISTERED with one of the Czech public or private health insurance companies such as: VZP, ZPMVČR, ZPŠ, ČPZP, OZP, RBP, VoZP, PVZP.
