Direct Billing Instructions

Clients at Unicare Medical Center are provided with the best client service. All you have to do is call or e-mail us and our personnel will take care of the entire administration process, including claim administration. We do all the paperwork at the clinic. The only thing our clients need to do is to contact their insurance or assistance company prior to the first visit- and the rest is on us.

Unicare Medical Center takes over the communications process with the client´s insurance company. Because of our excellent relationships with insurance companies, direct billing is possible in most cases. Clients do not have to spend extra time administrating their claims with their insurance companies; thus, our clients do not have to pay cash for services at the clinic in most cases.

Your insurance company is not on the list? No problem. Even if your insurance company is not our direct partner, we can still take care of direct billing. Just let us know - and we will do all the work for you.

How to use services through direct billing:

Clients using Unicare´s services are kindly asked to fill out the Payment policy form prior to their appointment. To your first visit please bring your valid insurance card.
Clients of medical assistance companies are kindly asked to contact their assistance company prior to the appointment and ask for a guarantee of payment.

Don´t forget to fill in „I want a care offer“ form.
