Our English-speaking doctors, as well as our non-medical personnel, often speak second, third or even a fourth foreign language. Our services are provided in your native language (either by our doctors or in cooperation with other UNICARE staff) and all documents are available in the English language.

Each customer can choose their way of using our services, ranging from membership programs to direct billing or self-payer services.

Complex care

An integral part of excellent customer service is the organization of services our customers receive. UNICARE´s personnel take over the necessary administration, including appointment scheduling, management of the consequent care, communication of results, health monitoring, inviting you to preventive examinations and communication with the insurance company.

Minimal waiting times

We know that your time is precious - so we try to minimize waiting time ideally to zero. Through our ordering system, we make sure that you save time and do not wait in the office.

Direct billing

Due to an established network of partners among the biggest international insurance and assistance companies, UNICARE is proud to offer its services through direct billing. Customers using our services through direct billing receive services on a cash-less basis accordingly to their insurance plan. See the list of international insurances accepted.

Long opening hours

Customers can schedule an appointment and meet with the doctor during our extended hours from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays, Monday through Friday. The office is also available on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.

House calls

UNICARE´s house call service is available non-stop 24/hrs/day, 7 days a week. Please note that house calls are available only for general practitioner and service is paid. House call does not replace an emergency medical service.

Location

Unicare Medical Center is located at an attractive location in Prague 6. The medical centre is easily accessible from the city centre by public transportation and just a 2-minute walk from the Bořislavka station on metro line A (green line).
You can find a children´s playground, nurturing vegetation and a quiet environment within the vicinity of the clinic.
