Unicare Medical Center does not have a direct billing agreement with Czech Health Insurances. For these clients special conditions apply – please contact us for more information.

To become member of “UNICARE Assistance Services” it is necessary to fill in the “UAS registration form” and pay a membership fee.

The membership fee is 1200 CZK per person. (The fee for families with one child is 3000 CZK, plus 900 CZK for each additional family member)
